★☆★ LEGAL MANAGER (Lawyer Certificate Required)
- Professional knowledge about Vietnamese law on a board range of issue relating to foreign direct investment, including the establishment of new investment project; dissolution, liquidation, mergers and acquisitions(M&A), Legal Due diligence;
- Identifying and addressing client needs, including leading client discussions and meetings;
- Reviewing contracts and other legal documents relevant to client matters and internal management;
- Following-up and updating the regulations in relation to economic, enterprise and commercial areas;
- Working with Partners, Directors, in managing client relationships and workstreams
- Other work as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Licensed to practice law in Vietnam is required.
- More than 2 years of experience in corporate law as a Lawyer position
- Proficient in English, good command of Korean and/or Chinese is an advantage.
